Scope:
Inks Series 45 782 are designed for printing on any porous materials resistant to short-term effects of high (143-166 ° C) temperature during drying of the prints.
The material to be printed should be sufficiently porous to allow easy penetration of the ink and mechanical adhesion of the ink with the material.
Inks are used for printing on manual or semi-automatic screen printing machines..

Technological properties:
Inks are resistant to washing and light effects.
Inks are low toxic, do not contain compounds of heavy metals.
Ink consumption at printing by type forms made of open-mesh fabric with density of 40 yarns/cm is about 35 g/м2.
Time for ink hardening on prints at temperatures of 143–166 ° С:
• from 20 to 30 s (up to grade 3 according to GOST 19007-73);
• from 2 to 4 minutes (to achieve resistance to washing).
Duration fixing ink on the printout depends on the thickness of the paint layer.
Packing:
Inks are packed in cans or buckets of 0.5, 1.0 and 3.0 kg.
Shelf-life:
Warranty lifetime of ink is 6 months from the date of production.
